MEET THE TEAM

Tim Scheckel received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Administration from University of Wisconsin Madison. He's worked as a project manager and estimator in southeastern Wisconsin for over 25 years and is the President and Co-Owner of Level Up Construction, Inc.

Jared Randall has worked in construction since his teenage years. He went into commercial construction right after high school and started a four year apprenticeship in the trades. He is now the Vice President and Co-Owner of Level Up Construction, Inc.

AmandaRae Pintor joined Level Up Construction, Inc. in 2024 after over a decade as an office manager for an electrical contractor. She specializes in state and municipality projects. AmandaRae is passionate about building relationships with clients and customer satisfaction.

Our Story

Level Up Construction, Inc. was started by Tim Scheckel and Jared Randall in 2017. After long careers in the trades, the pair decided to branch out on their own. Level Up now has a team of carpenters and masons and they do work all over southeastern Wisconsin. They focus on commercial construction and have worked on various different projects such as Lupi and Iris in Milwaukee, the Fireman's Park shelter in Germantown, and commercial condos in East Troy.
